Docs: short README pitch, move tool/setup reference to docs/usage.md

Browse Source 
README keeps the one-paragraph pitch and name origin, adds example
questions and a quick start. The tool index, usage examples, .env table
and layout move to docs/usage.md (now also lists sell tiers, parkcash,
undervalued, ships, lmscan). CLAUDE.md layout line points at it.
